Description Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a full‑time Electrical Engineer, reporting to the Electrical Systems‑FW Manager within Vehicle Sciences & Systems. The selected candidate will provide product lead responsibilities for the F‑35 Electrical Power Generation and Conversion subsystem.

Responsibilities

Supplier management coordination and oversight.

Production incorporation planning, engineering release, and system checkout support.

Drafting of troubleshooting procedures for aircraft issues in the field and release through AFRS.

Performing analysis on aircraft data to decipher performance metrics and help isolate failure occurrences.

Qualifications Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college or university.

Technical background in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or related field.

Desired Skills

Experience with power generation equipment or systems.

Working knowledge of aircraft subsystem support in field.

Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships across organizational levels and teams.

Strong presentation skills and ability to address complex matters and solutions with leadership.

Experience coordinating Action Request responses and troubleshooting procedures within LM as well as with the customer.

Problem investigation resolution and root cause analysis experience.

Ability to obtain secret clearance is desired.

Location & Work Details

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full‑time – The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
