Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior F&O Manager – Chicago, IL / Atlanta, GA / New York, NY (049846)
Key Responsibilities
Translate business cases into detailed technical designs for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP – Finance & Operations (F&O) foundational and advanced modules.
Lead integration testing, user acceptance testing, and ensure technical blueprints are converted into clear requirements and specifications.
Act as a stream lead, guiding team members by experience and operating as an active member within technology communities.
Conduct senior level retail discussions, pull together solutions and proposals for retail scenarios, including estimates.
Work across Agile Applications Development, Support, and Deployment environments.
Travel as required.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 5 years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP F&O (foundational and advanced modules).
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2016 preferred; AX 2012 required.
Experience with both on‑premise and on‑line versions.
Proficient in configuration, customization, report and dashboard creation.
Microsoft Dynamics ERP certifications are highly valued.
Knowledge of additional Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP modules a plus.
Power BI experience.
Strong experience in supply chain, inventory management, distribution, financials, discrete, repetitive, process manufacturing, MES, e‑commerce, logistics, and in‑store operations.
Experience in automotive, consumer products, grocery, and quick service restaurant industries preferred.
Understanding of retail technology solutions and ability to apply Microsoft solutions across the digital feedback loop.
Ability to work with little or no supervision, meet defined timelines, and work in a team-orientated and results-oriented environment.
Additional Experience or Skills Desired
Previous retail industry experience required.
Experience in medium to larger enterprise‑sized projects.
Team oriented, results oriented, works independently.
Travel required.
