Microsoft Dynamics AI Talent Partner | 10M+ LinkedIn Impressions | Content Creator on AI, Tech Careers & Millennial Motherhood We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O to drive the successful implementation, optimization, and support of our Dynamics 365 platform across Finance, Supply Chain, CRM, and Operations. This role will serve as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that Dynamics 365 solutions align with organizational goals and deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the Dynamics 365 (D365 F&O and CE) environment is configured and maintained to support strategic business goals, ensuring system stability, scalability, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
Coordinate functional configuration of D365 F&O modules, including setup of parameters, workflows, security roles, and business rules.
Manage system updates, hotfixes, and feature rollouts in coordination with Microsoft’s release cadence.
Design and support integrations between D365, add-ins, and other enterprise platforms (e.g., CRM, HRIS, data warehouse), ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Serve as the escalation point for complex functional and technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations to improve responsiveness and reliability.
Administer user roles, permissions, and security configurations within D365 F&O and CE.
Ensure detailed documentation for all configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Collaborate with business units to translate operational needs into technical and functional requirements.
Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for support staff.
Stay informed on new features, licensing changes, and roadmap updates from Microsoft.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Architect or similar role.
Strong understanding of Finance & Operations modules and integrations.
Proficiency in system configuration, security, and performance optimization.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
