For more information, visitand follow the company on,and.Executive Assistant (EA) will provide advanced administrative support to ensure the smooth operations of the executive leadership team responsible for legal and compliance.The ideal Executive Assistant is highly organized, an exceptional communicator, and adept at managing complex schedules. They excel at engaging with key internal and external stakeholders and work collaboratively with executive and administrative team members to coordinate a wide range of activities. Over time, they will develop the ability to anticipate the team’s needs and proactively address them with foresight and efficiency.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**•

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned leaders, managing interactions with internal and external customers and partners. This includes responding to emails, routing correspondence, and participating in key meetings.



Address requests and inquiries promptly and appropriately.



Oversee competing priorities and manage complex calendars spanning multiple executives and external stakeholders.



Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel and meeting logistics—often requiring frequent adjustments—and prepare all related expense reports.



Facilitate inter- and intra-departmental communications on behalf of leadership, collaborating closely with internal teams and external clients while handling sensitive information with discretion.



Draft correspondence and documents with minimal direction; prepare templates, format materials, develop presentations, and proofread for accuracy and quality.



Plan and execute onsite and offsite team meetings, strategic sessions, and team-building activities.



Contribute to Board preparation efforts in partnership with the SVP of Compliance and the Chief Legal Officer.



Manage the PO process in collaboration with the Legal Operations team.



Assist with executive recruitment activities, including scheduling onsite interviews and escorting candidates.



Help coordinate on-site and off-site events and leadership development programs.

**Qualifications**•

Minimum of five years of experience providing administrative support to senior-level executives.



Strong interpersonal capabilities, including excellent communication and listening skills; demonstrates a friendly, helpful, professional, energetic, proactive, and enthusiastic presence.



Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.



Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and effectively influence others.



Proactive approach to identifying and addressing business needs.



Commitment to maintaining discretion and confidentiality.



Ability to work independently while remaining flexible, adjusting priorities and tasks in real time to meet departmental objectives.



Successful experience operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.



Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Suite, and Concur travel/expense systems.**Hybrid Work Model:****This section is applicable to onsite employees who are eligible for hybrid work location as specified by management and related policies.

All U.S. employees who live within 50 miles of a Guardant facility will be required to be onsite on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. This range does not include benefits or, if applicable, bonus, commission, or equity. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, education, job-related skills, job duties, and business need.Primary Location: Palo Alto, CAPrimary Location Base Pay Range: $108,000 - $148,500Other US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $91,800 - $126,250If the role is performed in Colorado, the pay range for this job is: $97,200 - $133,650*Employee may be required to lift routine office supplies and use office equipment. Majority of the work is performed in a desk/office environment; however, there may be exposure to high noise levels, fumes, and biohazard material in the laboratory environment.
