We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support the HR team in Mesa, AZ. This role plays a key part in supporting daily HR operations and providing administrative and operational support across multiple HR functions, including onboarding, employee engagement, recruitment, and records management and retention. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with federal, state, and company policies. Provide general administrative support to the HR department including preparing reports, managing correspondence, and handling inquiries. Assist in facilitating a seamless new‑hire onboarding experience, including pre‑employment and new‑hire activities. Respond to routine employee inquiries related to HR systems, processes, and documentation, engaging senior HR staff for more complex inquiries. Support periodic audits, HR programs, and processes, maintaining document tracking systems. Apply professional judgment in determining when AI assistance is appropriate for tasks, following Edkey’s AI policy. Sort daily mail and distribute accordingly. Preferred Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of HR experience in a similar role. Basic understanding of HR competencies. Willingness to be curious and seek to understand. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professional approach to work. Exceptional organization skills and ability to multitask. UKG experience is a plus. Proficiency with systems and technology.
