We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is essential in ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive workplace environment. Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition and strong initial engagement.
- Administer payroll processes with accuracy and efficiency, addressing employee inquiries and maintaining compliance with regulations.
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies that align with organizational values and legal requirements.
- Serve as an advisor to employees, providing guidance and support to enhance retention and workplace satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while implementing best HR practices.
- Perform general office administrative duties, including managing files, ordering supplies, and scheduling activities.
- Partner with management to oversee performance reviews and provide guidance on detail-oriented development initiatives.
- Utilize HR software systems, including ADP, to streamline processes and maintain accurate employee records.
- Identify opportunities for organizational improvement and contribute to strategic HR planning.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of HR practices with company goals.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, with expertise in onboarding, payroll, and administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software, particularly ADP.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and benefits administration.
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
