POSITION General Managers are responsible for meeting studio revenue goals and new membership sales target by pre‑planning with strategic community outreach, in‑club lead generation, and securing member referrals.

Under the management of a Franchise Owner and with the support of a Rumble Support Team, General Managers must exemplify leadership qualities in all areas of the business. General Managers must have the ability to build lasting relationships with prospective and current members in order to build a strong ambassadorship and retain members. The General Manager is rooted in hospitality and upholds our Mission of fueling energetic communal experience.

REQUIREMENTS

2+ years of fitness membership sales or retail/service sales experience

Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Associates in sales

Ability to manage and drive 4 revenue streams: memberships, package sales, retail, and fees

Must be fluent in English, have excellent communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, and via email

Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment

Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement

An affinity and passion for fitness

Solid writing and grammar skills

Organized, proficient in data management, prioritization, and meeting deadlines

Professional, punctual, and reliable

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information

Ability to work harmoniously with co‑workers, clients, and the public

Proficiency with computers and studio software.

DUTIES

Lead generation including grass roots marketing and networking

Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro classes

Directly coordinate with all vendors

Ensuring studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts

Hire, manage, and train team members

Display proficiency in ClubReady, including revenue & attendance reports

Independently make decisions related to high level customer service

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio

Enforce Rumble’s policies, procedures, and brand standards

Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio supplies are stocked

Schedule and participate in lead generation and networking events

Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio

Any other duties as assigned

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

This position offers a very competitive base salary; based on experience & performance

Commission paid on sales

Opportunity to bonus, based on performance
