About the Candidate: We seek a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to expand our sales pipeline through personalized outreach to prospects. The ideal candidate is motivated, communicative, and passionate about building client relationships. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social selling to generate leads. Create and execute personalized outreach strategies for target accounts. Identify key stakeholders and customize messaging to their specific challenges. Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities in CRM. Refine outreach techniques based on feedback and performance metrics. Basic Requirements: Degree: Not a concern; we value effort and quality of work. 1-2 years of experience in sales development, preferably in HRIS, PEO, On-Demand Staffing, or WFM. Proven success in outbound prospecting and lead generation. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to research and tailor messaging effectively. Experience with sales engagement platforms, CRM, and automation tools. Comfortable in dynamic, innovative environments. Collaborative problem-solver in ambiguous situations. Seniority level
