The Bridger Group is hiring: Warehouse Manager in Colorado Springs

Our client is one of the largest window and door dealers in Colorado, backed by a national, multibillion‑dollar organization, and they are committed to investing in the growth of the company. We’re looking for a hands‑on Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse operations for Colorado Springs — receiving, inventory, staging, order fulfillment, and coordination with our in‑house delivery fleet. This leader will drive accuracy, efficiency, safety, and team performance in a fast‑moving building products environment.

Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, stocking, picking, staging, and shipping
• Manage and develop warehouse staff; handle scheduling, training, and performance
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and an organized warehouse layout
• Ensure safety compliance and proper equipment use (forklifts, material handling)
• Coordinate outbound deliveries with CDL drivers and production scheduling
• Improve processes, track KPIs, and report operational performance

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years warehouse leadership experience (building materials or millwork a plus)
• Strong inventory, logistics, and team management skills
• Comfortable with heavy products (doors, windows, hardware)
• Forklift experience/certification; strong safety mindset
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a clean, organized operation
