The Mission: Quality Healthcare Support for Federal Services Optum Serve is seeking a committed, professional
Medical Assistant (MA)
to join our dedicated network in Great Falls, MT. This is a critical, patient-facing role focused on delivering quality medical care services required under various federal contracts, potentially supporting Veterans and Service Members.

Key Clinical & Administrative Responsibilities Clinical Support:
Assist providers by measuring vital signs, recording information on patient charts,
drawing and collecting blood samples (phlebotomy) , and conducting diagnostic tests (e.g.,
EKG, PFT, ABIs ). Front/Back Office:
Manage routine administrative duties, including scheduling, confirming appointments, data entry, referral tracking, and patient check-in/out. Compliance:
Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA, infection control, and organizational standards, ensuring safety and operational protocols are met. Inventory & Housekeeping:
Manage supply inventory, daily logs, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the clinic (exam rooms, waiting area).
Essential Qualifications (3 Years Minimum Experience) Candidates must meet the following non-negotiable requirements: Experience:
Minimum of
three (3) years of recent, relevant clinical experience
(i.e., Primary Care, Family Care, Occupational Health, or Urgent Care). Certification:
Associate degree in Medical Assisting and/or maintenance of unrestricted
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification . Technical Skills:
Proficiency in EMR systems and MS Office Suite applications. Compliance:
Must successfully pass a
National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI)
background investigation. Clinical Skills:
Experience performing
EKG, PFT, ABIs, and venipuncture/blood draw
is highly desirable.
