Key Responsibilities
: Production planning and scheduling Coaching and developing the team Drive efficiency and continuous improvement Ensuring quality, compliance, and safety Partnering with engineering, supply chain, sales, and operations leadership
Education and Experience : 5+ years of production/manufacturing leadership Strong people leadership, planning, and problem solving skills Ability to drive performance on the shop floor
