Maintenance Technician
in the
manufacturing
industry in
Maple Grove, MN! Salary:
$28-35/hr Shift:
1st shift M-F 6am - 2:30pm with possible swing coverage as needed Location:
Maple Grove, MN Job Duties and Responsibilities Assist with maintenance, repair, installation, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment such as steam tunnels, conveyor systems, and boilers. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure operational efficiency. Support safety initiatives by identifying and resolving maintenance-related safety concerns. Maintain accurate maintenance records and monitor inventory of supplies. Perform indoor and outdoor housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and safe work environment. Read and interpret maintenance literature, blueprints, and technical diagrams. Collaborate with other team members and external service providers as needed. Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Minimum of 2 years experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or military setting. Ability to read maintenance documentation and blueprints in English. Basic Microsoft Office skills for documentation and reporting. Boiler operation knowledge preferred. HVAC experience is a plus. Welding experience (MIG, TIG, ARC, cutting, and brazing) preferred. Ability to stand for up to 7 hours during an 8-hour shift.
