Superintendents are responsible for the overall success of the project and expected to be a leader in the field. Chief tasks include but are not limited to:

Supervise foremen and field craft

Conduct daily safety meetings

Subcontractor

Subcontractor management

Jobsite walks

Daily game plans

Equipment & crew scheduling and tracking

Extra work tags

Create work plans to implement best means and methods
