Key Responsibilities

Define technical requirements and acceptance criteria for releases.

Map customer designs to Veloce Strato CS systems and provide solution expertise.

Develop and refine flows and methodology for emulation and enterprise prototyping to maximize platform value.

Run customer validations, benchmarks, drive fixes and field escalations.

Design/validate transactors, debug hooks and host‑target interfaces.

Create runbooks, release notes, training and provide technical support to the sales team.

Drive product roadmap inputs, prioritize features, and coordinate cross‑team delivery.

Establish performance/quality metrics and own release validation targets.

Mentor engineers and represent the product in reviews and customer engagements.

Qualifications

BS/MS/Ph.D. in Computer Engineering, EE, or CS

Minimum 10+ years of experience in fabless semiconductor space

Minimum 5+ years in emulation, preferable with Veloce or equivalent systems

Strong understanding of digital IC/FPGA design from RTL to gate‑level (Verilog/VHDL)

Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills

Ability to create and deliver product presentations and demos

Ability for limited travel, domestically and internationally, to customers and R&D sites

The pay range for this position is 154,200 - 277,600 annually with a target incentive of 10-15% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
