Industrial Engineer will provide technical support to Operations for aerospace electronics manufacturing processes, including circuit card assembly, electronic sub-assemblies, and top-level radio integration. This role drives process improvements, supports daily production needs, and partners with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, predictable, and efficient build processes that meet cost, quality, and delivery requirements.This role offers a blend of independent initiative and teamwork, collaborating closely with manufacturing engineers, production personnel, management, and support organizations. Located onsite in Cedar Rapids, IA, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our operational excellence and innovation.
