Job Overview We are seeking a supervisor to lead our parts team, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient parts management.
What You’ll Do As the Parts Supervisor, you will oversee all parts processes, financials, team development, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include monitoring freight expenses, maintaining inventory levels, filing claims, assisting customers in person and over the phone, receiving freight, entering inventory, and ensuring prompt parts delivery.
What You Need
Strong leadership skills with proven experience.
3 or more years of inventory management experience.
Knowledge of agricultural equipment parts and services.
Compensation Competitive salary range: $77,969–89,969 per year (based on experience).
