Salary Salary range: $68,096.00 - $85,000.00. This position is bonus and/or commission eligible.

Role Overview Total compensation is heavily weighted toward variable pay that reflects individual and team contributions. This field-based role involves territory planning, daily travel, and face‑to‑face meetings with customers and prospects. The goal is revenue growth, market share expansion, and expense management within the assigned territory, focusing on Collision Repair and Independent Appraiser markets.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve maximum profitability and increase market penetration by selling the company’s products and related services.

Deliver consistent communication, provide direction, and support the sales team to meet sales, product knowledge, customer service, and client satisfaction objectives.

Assist with customer retention efforts to support overall revenue growth initiatives.

Manage personal business expenses within approved guidelines.

Maintain proficiency on CCC’s complete product suite to articulate value and provide technical assistance.

Additional Duties

Implement required sales process and maintain Salesforce proficiency.

Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and generate sales plans.

Develop Regional MSO sales plans aligned with objectives.

Support the National Account Team on account plans.

Collaborate with Client Solution Advisor and Inside Sales Representative to maximize revenue growth and customer retention.

Attend trade shows, conventions, and association meetings.

Conduct weekly team calls/reports detailing sales, customer trends, and competitive landscape.

Travel 50-70% of the time.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Demonstrated competency in related technical field or equivalent industry experience.

Minimum of 3 years of direct selling experience.

Must live in or be willing to relocate to Michigan.
