Regional Business Manager – CCC Intelligent Solutions

Michigan Area
Salary Range:
$68,096 – $85,000, plus bonus and/or commission.
Job Overview:
Total compensation is heavily weighted toward variable pay that directly reflects your individual and team contributions. This field‑based role involves territory planning, daily travel, and face‑to‑face meetings with customers and prospects. You will be responsible for top‑line revenue growth, increasing market share, and managing expenses in the assigned territory, with a key focus on the Collision Repair and Independent Appraiser markets.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver consistent communication, provide direction, and support the sales team within the assigned geographic territory to ensure they meet sales, product knowledge, customer service, and client satisfaction objectives.
Assist with customer retention efforts to achieve overall revenue growth initiatives.
Sell the complete line of CCC products and related services to both customers and prospects.
Manage personal business expenses within company‑approved guidelines.
Maintain proficiency on CCC’s complete product suite to effectively articulate its value and provide technical assistance, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Work with sales management to create annual revenue forecasts and expense budgets for the assigned territory.
Implement required sales processes and maintain proficiency in Salesforce (CRM), including activity tracking, pipeline management, and capturing competitive intelligence.
Analyze industry trends, understand the competitive landscape, and generate plans to achieve sales objectives.
Develop Regional MSO sales plans that align with short‑range and long‑range objectives.
Support the Automotive Service Group’s National Account Team in developing and executing account plans.
Collaborate with Client Solution Advisor (CSA) and Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to maximize revenue growth and drive customer retention.
Attend trade shows, conventions, and association meetings.
Conduct weekly team calls/reports detailing sales, customer trends, and the competitive landscape.
Travel 50–70% of the time.
No direct reports.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated competency in a related technical field or equivalent industry experience.
