Job Overview
Start Date: December 9, 2025 – March 31, 2026
Pay: $14.50/hour for Bilingual Spanish speakers (W2 Employee)
Location: 100% Remote
Orientation: December 9, 2025 from 7:00 AM PST to 2:30 PM PST
Training Schedule: December 10‑19, 2025, Monday‑Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST
Shift may include one weekend day; most shifts start at 3 PM PST (permanent shift shared during training). Open availability required.
Qualifications
Fluent bilingual Spanish/English (spoken and written)
Call center or customer service experience
Remote work experience a plus
Tech‑savvy, able to navigate multiple systems
Reliable: 100% attendance required for orientation and training, no exceptions
Open availability, including weekends
Computer & Equipment Requirements
Windows 11 based PC (no MAC or Chromebook)
Dual monitors (helps see multiple programs at once)
At least 16 GB RAM (12 GB usable)
CPU utilization should be 50% or less
Wired Ethernet connection required; Wi‑Fi not allowed
Internet Speed Requirements
Download: 20 Mbps or higher
Upload: 10 Mbps or higher
Ping: 20 ms or less (must be ≤20 ms)
These technical requirements will be verified during the interview. Candidates should join the interview from the computer they intend to use, with camera on and ready to share screen. Do not join from a cell phone.
