Program: Valley Oaks
Pay: Range starts at $19.61/hour (pay is calculated based on years of related experience)
Shift Differential: additional $2.25/hour
Retention Sign-On: $2,000
Schedule: Friday‑Tuesday (OFF Wed/Thurs) – 4pm‑12am (midnight)

Job Summary & Deliverables The Shift Lead supports unit leadership with supervision of work activities during assigned shifts. The Shift Lead ensures employees have the resources and support to perform their jobs successfully, and actively encourages a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
Responsibilities
Supervises the work activities and expectations of a team during assigned shifts.
Promotes a culture of strong performance and high morale.
Ensures completion of operational goals within required timelines.
Ensures employee compliance with company policy, procedure, and operational expectations.
Performs client care responsibilities including targeted case management, medication distribution, client transportation, etc.
Completes tasks and projects as assigned by Team Lead or Program Manager.
Coordinates with unit leadership to ensure shift coverage; provides on‑call coverage as assigned.
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent.
Six months Certified Case Manager experience.
Licenses/Certifications
CPR certification.
Valley de‑escalation certification.
Case Manager certification.
Driving positions require a current Utah Driver’s license and a minimum age of 21.
Preferred Qualifications
Two years of behavioral health experience.
One year of supervisory experience.
