$200,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr Are you ready to lead a dynamic team and drive operational excellence in a large-scale facility? Our client is seeking a dedicated leader to oversee plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, service, and cost targets are met. You'll provide strong leadership, manage systems and resources, and foster a culture of continuous improvement in a facility with over 400 employees. Lead and promote a safety-first culture, ensuring all safety targets are met. Identify improvement opportunities by analyzing performance data on key metrics like safety, quality, and productivity. Oversee human capital planning, including setting goals, managing performance, and developing succession plans. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and maintain strong communication with all associates. Manage process control initiatives and ensure manufacturing SOPs are in place for quality and safety. Lead budgeting processes and ensure execution of capital expenditures. Drive continuous improvement culture and employee engagement. Share best practices with other facilities and meet or exceed business plans and KPIs. What We Value:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or related field. 10 years of experience in a production environment. 7 years of leadership experience, preferably in flexible packaging. Proven ability to lead and drive continuous improvement. Strong customer service mindset and communication skills. Understanding of plant results drivers and financial interpretation.
