Each rentable lawn includes popular lawn games, big-screen TVs, courtside F&B service, and dedicated “Lawncierges.” Lawn Club caters to a variety of audiences, from twenty-somethings to corporate event planners.

About The Role The Events-Floor Manager is essential in bringing Lawn Club’s events to life - serving as the key operational leader responsible for executing private events, buyouts, and activations with precision, energy, and warmth. This role receives the event handoff from the Sales-Events Manager and owns execution on the floor: setting up teams for success, facilitating service, and ensuring every detail aligns or exceeds the expectations outlined in the BEO. This is a guest-facing, leadership-forward role that blends real-time decision‑making with strategic planning. The Events-Floor Manager coordinates with Event Sales, FOH, BOH, Lawncierge, and Beverage teams to deliver seamless, high‑touch experiences that meet or surpass Lawn Club’s hospitality and operational standards. The ideal candidate is deeply organized, energized by service, and thrives in dynamic environments where they can lead a team, manage execution, and deliver flawless events—every time.
