The Assistant Experience Manager supports the experience strategy and nightly operations at Puttery NYC, ensuring every show, activation, and private event is executed with precision. They oversee show preparation, guest flow, talent support, and content coordination, while serving as a key communication bridge between performers, contractors, and venue teams. This role is hands‑on and fast‑moving focused on delivering a seamless, memorable guest experience. Responsibilities

Oversee nightly show prep, room readiness, and floor setup prior to doors open Manage scheduling and deployment of support staff for set‑up, show coverage, and breakdown Coordinate flow, timing, and transitions with FOH teams and performers Maintain readiness checklists and elevate operational issues quickly Coordinate photographers, videographers, and other content partners on‑site Ensure footage is delivered, organized, and passed to marketing on schedule Assist in planning content capture for themed programming and large‑scale activations Act as primary point of contact for large groups, VIPs, and private party organizers Ensure smooth guest experience from arrival through show conclusion Handle customer questions and service escalations with professionalism and urgency Support booking and production teams with talent scheduling and green room readiness Maintain strong relationships with comedians, agents, and vendor partners Assist with communication, logistics, and execution on show nights Partner with leadership to coordinate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding support staff Assist with training, nightly expectations, and communication of operational updates Reinforce service standards and alignment with brand experience Contribute ideas for programming, customer‑service enhancements, and operational efficiency Assist with planning and execution of club activations and special events Provide feedback to management on trends, guest insights, and improvement opportunities Qualifications

Experience in hospitality, live entertainment, events, or venue operations Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple moving pieces Clear communicator with confidence interacting with staff, performers, and customers Calm, solutions‑focused, and adaptable during high‑volume or unexpected scenarios Comfortable managing schedules and time‑sensitive logistics Interest in comedy, live performance, or nightlife environments is a plus Working Conditions

Part‑time: 15–20 hours per week (additional hours during peak activations) Nights and weekends required; increased availability for holidays and special events Fast‑paced venue environment, standing and moving throughout shift Exposure to loud music, special lighting, and crowded social environments Compensation
