What you will be doing
Oversee the assessment process within Clinical Operations, including upon admission, per the service agreement, and as needed.
Provide direction, coaching, and leadership to Care Managers.
Initiate, implement, and review resident service plans per resident service agreement and provide direction to care managers, med techs, and care assistants on appropriate care.

Experience
A knowledge and interest in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care.
Management experience preferred in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care.
