Responsibilities

Provide daily IT onsite support for offices and production facilities in Clear Lake, Pasadena and other Indovinya sites as needed, acting as primary point of contact for IT service requests, both remote and deskside.

Resolve incidents and service requests within established service levels, monitoring ticket queues and escalating appropriately.

Manage regional IT requirements including global projects, vendor visits, local controls, licensing, and asset management.

Maintain accurate IT asset records in ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring inventory updates, documentation and audit readiness.

Participate in Indovinya projects such as acquisitions, disposals, hardware refresh programs and IT initiatives.

Provide user training on desktop and local applications, and on submitting service requests and incident tickets.

Offer onsite support for Dayton site weekly and local language support for call center agents.

Deliver advanced technology support for critical systems such as Access Control, Human Resources, and Financial Systems.

Act as first point of contact for Site Management when serving as sole onsite IT representative.

Qualifications Education

High School Diploma or GED required.

Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field preferred.

Certifications

CompTIA A+ / Network+, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent hands‑on experience.

Technical Skills

Endpoint administration for Windows 10/11, GPOs, SCCM & Autopilot, device enrollment, compliance policies.

Microsoft 365 proficiency (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Office).

Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DHCP/DNS, VLAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN.

Printing and peripheral support and escalation to managed print vendors.

Line‑of‑business apps support (e.g., SAP GUI).

Platforms & Tools

Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager), ServiceNow, ServiceDesk, monitoring tools.

Service Management

ITIL‑aligned practices (Incident, Request, Problem, Change) and escalation management.

Communication & Collaboration

Clear customer focus, cross‑team coordination, training support.

Experience

Supporting multi‑site operations and coordinating onsite/remote dispatch with MSPs.
