Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or supervisory healthcare role.
No specific educational or licensure requirements.
Experience as a coordinator, administrative assistant, or similar role in healthcare or executive settings.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheets, Google Suite, and Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, MacBook).
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
Ensure staff operate within legal and ethical standards and respond effectively to critical situations.
Manage calendars, reminders, and task lists for leadership and clinical teams.
Assist with documentation, reporting, and communication using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and Smartsheets.
Support credentialing, onboarding, and compliance tracking for new and existing providers.
Maintain provider contact lists and distribute communications related to meetings, training, and regulatory updates.
Maintain a shared work area by keeping it clean, organized, and stocked with coffee, snacks, and water for provider and team use.
Collaborate with and support medical education department as needed to ensure smooth operations across teams.
Identify staff development needs and implement effective training programs.
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance management of team members.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and competency standards.
Serve as an active team member when needed and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide administrative support including calendar management, documentation, reporting, and communication.
Coordinate meetings and events, including agendas, food, AV setup, and follow-up.
Support provider operations and onboarding, acting as a liaison with administrative departments.
Offer basic technical support for provider devices and AV equipment.
Start early each morning to align with provider schedules and respond promptly to urgent requests.
Travel frequently between campuses and maintain availability for occasional evening meetings.
