Job Summary We are seeking a
Trust Funding Coordinator
to help clients successfully transfer their assets into their trusts. This role is essential to ensuring that estate plans are not only well‑crafted but fully implemented. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, empathetic, and comfortable guiding clients through financial and legal processes with clarity and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare customized funding instructions based on each client’s Asset Detail Report (ADR)
Educate clients on how to retitle accounts, update beneficiaries, and transfer assets into their trust
Monitor for verification of funding and follow up with financial institutions as needed
Witness the signing of estate planning documents, including wills and trusts
Coordinate the sending of signed documents to clients and relevant parties
Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure funding aligns with the client’s estate plan
Maintain accurate records of funding progress and client communications
Requirements
Prior experience in estate planning, financial services, or legal administration preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilitiesComfort with handling sensitive documents and maintaining confidentiality
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with legal or CRM software is a plus
