Who We Are Looking For
5+ years of Trusts & Estates paralegal experience
Strong probate and estate administration background (post‑death matters required)
Comfort preparing and organizing court filings related to probate
Experience communicating with Texas courts
Exposure to estate planning documents (wills, trusts, etc.)
Experience with entity documents (LLCs, partnerships) is a plus
Familiarity with estate/gift tax forms (706, 709) helpful but not required
Strong tech skills: MS Office + document management systems
Paralegal certificate required (some flexibility depending on experience)
What You Will Do
Support attorneys throughout the estate administration process, including gathering information, preparing materials, and keeping matters on schedule
Draft, format, and organize documents related to trusts, estates, probate filings, and various planning matters
Assist with the preparation of forms, summaries, schedules, organizational documents, and other case‑related materials
Coordinate with courts, clients, beneficiaries, and third parties
Maintain and update internal files, checklists, and matter tracking systems
Perform research tasks and assist with due diligence when needed
Help with entity‑related tasks such as preparing organizational documents or maintaining records
Support attorneys with occasional real estate or transactional documentation related to estate matters
Handle timekeeping and occasional overtime during peak workload periods
