Bilingual Medical Front Office Specialist Float
Base pay range: $14.00/hr - $16.00/hr

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must pass criminal background check
Enjoys working with children!
American Heart Association BLS certification required prior to start date

Salary: $14 - $16 depending on experience
Time and a half pay on holidays (Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas); shorter holiday hours
Overtime pay available

Day to Day
Work with your team members to provide excellent healthcare to patients
Provide excellent customer service to sick children and their nervous parents
Greet patients/customers

Collect co‑payments/deductibles/balances
Answer and manage phones
Conduct end‑of‑day balancing
Schedule
12, 10 and 8 hour shifts
Rotating weekends
Clinic hours: Mon – Fri: 9:00 am – 8:30 pm; Sat‑Sun: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Opportunity to travel to other clinics as needed
