Location Details 5349 W 76th St, Indianapolis, IN 46268
Work Hours 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm, Monday – Friday Mandatory overtime may include some Saturdays and Sundays.
How You Will Make an Impact As a Warehouse Associate in the Inventory Control Department, you’ll ensure all inventory is accurately accounted for and efficiently positioned for the Distribution Center’s flow.
What You Will Do Warehouse Associates are responsible for:
Receiving, picking, sorting, and labeling orders.
Packaging, folding, and arranging garments.
Scanning shipping orders and entering them into the inventory system.
Researching and correcting displaced, mislabeled, or missing products; performing replenishments, cycle counts, stock checks, and resolving discrepancies.
Qualifications
Great attention to detail and organization skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a structured, process‑oriented environment.
Multitasking and problem‑solving skills.
Willingness to work seasonal mandatory overtime and maintain excellent attendance.
Proficient in English; bilingual in Spanish is a bonus.
Basic arithmetic skills.
Education / Experience
Previous warehouse experience is a bonus.
At least 2–3 years of related work experience.
Minimum 2 years of SAP experience.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Physical Requirements The position requires standing for long periods, repetitive movement, and lifting 15–50 lbs regularly in a non‑climate‑controlled environment.
