Production Team Lead

Location Details 5349 W. 76th Street, Indianapolis, IN
Work Hours 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM Monday–Friday, OT as needed and during peak operations from July–December each year.
How You Will Make An Impact As a member of the Production team, the Team Lead is a critical role within our operation and is responsible for ensuring quality screens are produced, problem solving issues and supporting our production team.
Responsibilities
Work with Supervisor on achieving daily goals of safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
Ensure the delivery schedule is being achieved daily while maintaining the highest quality.
Monitor productivity levels for employees to ensure daily metrics are met.
Support production team by ensuring they have what they need to be productive.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues to move towards completion and quality.
Qualifications
High energy, great attitude, and aptitude for leadership.
Great attention to detail and organization skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Computer literate with knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a structured and process‑oriented environment.
Ability to multi‑task and problem solve.
Ability to work seasonal mandatory OT as needed and maintain excellent attendance.
Read and comprehend documents, instructions, and correspondence in English to perform job duties efficiently.
Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders in spoken English, ensuring clarity and understanding.
Participate in meetings, discussions, and presentations requiring proficient spoken English skills.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, providing valuable insights and feedback in English.
Learn tasks quickly, accuracy driven, personable, team oriented, and punctual with excellence in attendance.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers.
Education / Experience
HS Diploma or GED (required).
Previous warehouse experience is a bonus.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus.
Preference will be given to candidates with previous related experience.
At least 2–3 years of continued work experience.
Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time. Repetitive movement of the body is required on a regular basis. The position requires lifting of no less than 15–50 lbs. on a regular basis. Must be able to tolerate working in a non‑climate‑controlled environment.
