Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift Food & GMP Manufacturing
3 or more years of supervisory experience in a highly-regulated, quality-focused manufacturing or food production environment is required for this position. This is a 2nd shift position, with M-F hours from 1:30 PM - 11:30 PM and two Saturdays per month when needed. Salary is up to $75,000 based on experience. Time and a half is paid for all hours worked on Saturday plus bonus potential. Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder. No remote as this is a 100% onsite position. Full-time, permanent W‑2 employee. Full benefits. No relocation. Located in the Jefferson, Wisconsin area.

Duties and Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate a high‑performing production team, overseeing scheduling and daily work assignments.
Strategically plan and coordinate material flow and resources to optimize production efficiency and meet output targets.
Champion a culture of excellence by upholding stringent quality standards and ensuring compliance with all food safety protocols.
Initiate and implement continuous improvement projects to enhance procedures, methods, and equipment effectiveness.
Serve as a key liaison across departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Background and Qualifications
A minimum of 3‑5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.
A high level of organizational and communication skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
Experience working in a union environment and with conflict resolution is preferred.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A solid work history.
A US citizen or Green Card holder.
