As an Entry Level Project Coordinator, you will assist in the planning, execution, and closing of various projects across different departments.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and coordination of projects from inception to completion.
Maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and status reports.
Support project managers in team meetings, including scheduling and minute-taking.
Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Assist in the identification and management of project risks and issues.
Coordinate communications between project team members and external partners.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
Eager to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced setting.
