Job Description As a Project Manager, you will plan, execute, and close projects from start to finish. You will maintain a "Safety First" mindset, manage personnel, oversee subcontractors, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Daily field presence is required to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities
Maintain a "Safety First" attitude and sustain positive client communication.
Supervise personnel selection, training, development, and work assignments.
Plan and execute projects according to specifications, budgets, and schedules, anticipating and resolving conflicts.
Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and daily field activities for optimal progression.
Lead by example, sharing knowledge and communicating effectively with all stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of three years managing construction projects over $50 M.
Proficiency in Primavera 6 CPM, MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
