Group Home Supervisor
RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a positive and personable individual to supervise and coordinate activities of Direct Support employees and manage operations of 1‑3 facilities providing Non‑ICF services. This is a regular position with a base pay of $17.00 per hour.
Reporting To IDD Residential Team Leader or above.
Supervisory Responsibilities Supervises and coordinates Direct Support employees, leads and directs the work of Direct Support Associates, and is responsible for the operations of the locations assigned to the supervisor.
Duties and Responsibilities
Work closely with clinical and professional healthcare staff to maintain communication, provide feedback, standardize procedures, and expedite the implementation of person‑centered plans.
Spend adequate time in the residential facility monitoring and providing feedback to staff on all shifts, serving as a positive role model.
Provide audits for medication administration.
Resolve employee issues and conduct performance reviews.
Ensure employees meet training requirements and attend required events.
Monitor select budget items and stay within guidelines.
Provide after‑hours and on‑call coverage as part of the direct care rotation.
Minimum Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent.
One year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
Flexible schedule and availability to provide on‑call coverage as needed.
Ability to lift between 20 and 50 lbs. and provide CPR after certification.
CPR, first aid, NCI, and/or MedTech certification a plus.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Regularly required to lift 30 lbs.; must be able to lift a minimum of 70 lbs. and pull a minimum of 50 lbs.
Must be able to squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, climb, and stoop.
Must be able to regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
Required to regularly stand and walk.
Must demonstrate proficiency in CPR from the floor level, requiring work on hands, knees, bending, standing and lifting.
Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision.
Must be able to talk and hear.
Exception – Deaf and Hard of Hearing Programs: employees must be fluent in American Sign Language (ASL); the requirement to talk and hear does not apply.

Name checked in registries (OIG exclusions database, Child Abuse Registry, and Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities).
Drug testing.
Education verification and other credentialing based on position requirements.
