What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Process and reconcile cash accounts, funding sources, and wire transactions with accuracy and urgency
Monitor treasury operations and support daily funding activities
Generate and review reports to maintain funding accuracy and assist with liquidity tracking
Document and refine business processes, procedures, and reporting standards
Collaborate with various departments to identify gaps and recommend efficiencies
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
2-5 years of experience in treasury operations, funding, financial analysis, or business analysis
Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with a commitment to accuracy
Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with finance operations or loan‑funding platforms
Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including presentation abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Prior exposure to finance operations, warehouse lending processes, or mortgage finance workflows
Initiative to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
Ability to influence and gain consensus from teams and management
Experience managing recurring and ad hoc reporting with minimal supervision
