Business Analyst (Funding Operations)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Process and reconcile cash accounts, funding sources, and wire transactions accurately and efficiently
Manage daily funding activities, including ACH testing, payment requests, and invoice processing
Generate variance analyses and insights on treasury, lending, and business process data
Document and refine business processes, procedures, and reporting standards
Collaborate across departments to identify gaps and recommend efficiencies
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
2–5 years of experience in treasury operations, funding, financial analysis, business analysis, or a similar role
Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with a commitment to accuracy
Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with finance operations or loan-funding platforms
Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Prior exposure to finance operations, warehouse lending processes, or mortgage finance workflows
Initiative to identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
Ability to influence and negotiate effectively with teams and management
Experience managing recurring and ad hoc reporting with minimal supervision
