Job Description The Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of dispatchers to ensure that pick-up and delivery tow times meet the Service Level Agreement between IAA and providers and that paperwork is completed fully and accurately to maximize payments received for services.
Responsibilities
Careful monitoring of our driver performance, equipment performance, business volume, and managing related costs
Responsible for providing efficient and timely pickup/delivery tow service
Distributing assignments and deliveries to drivers
Reviewing driver logs and timecards
Maintaining driver files
Communicating driver problems to managementli>
Dispatcher/Customer Support training and oversight
Other duties as assigned per business needs
Qualifications
2 years related work experience
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Experience in the equipment rental or construction industry and/or related field preferred
Positive attitude
Professional and clean appearance
Able to communicate effectively
Computer Literate
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Clean DMV & drug screen required
Travel up to 25% of time
