Position Summary The University of Arkansas – Pulaski Technical College in North Little Rock, Arkansas, is accepting applications for a Data and Reporting Specialist. Responsibilities

Utilize data preparation and query applications to extract, compile, analyze, interpret, and communicate complex data‑related issues clearly and succinctly to various audiences.

Perform querying, data extraction, analysis, and reporting on assigned data topics.

Analyze workforce data to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of grant reporting requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders on data and technical needs.

Assure the confidentiality of data, including sensitive information related to students, faculty, and staff.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required in an appropriate area of specialization, with emphasis in data analytics and/or information management.

Advanced experience working with large datasets in Excel.

Strong organizational skills and analytical capabilities.

Meticulous attention to detail.

Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and as part of a team toward common goals, and to coordinate efforts and collaborate with a variety of individuals.

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated track record of compiling and presenting data for grants.

Experience working with State or Federal Workforce agencies.
