Delivery Specialist - Hub
Deliver parts and/or products to O'Reilly stores and distribution centers in a safe and efficient manner.

Essential Job Functions
Drive company vehicle to deliver parts and products to stores and distribution centers. Must have a legal state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements.
Pick up and sign for stock transfers at each stop on the set route, and deliver to appropriate store.
Maintain a daily city route manifest for deliveries and update it with required information.
Keep fleet/fuel card, vehicle, keys, and other assets secure; familiarize with accident report guidelines.
Ensure a designated team member at each store verifies all invoices and signs the route manifest; report any delays to the city delivery supervisor or stores remaining on route.
Project a professional and personable image to maintain good customer relations; communicate problems or special needs from stores to store management.
Clock in and out according to company policy.
Check fluid levels (oil, radiator, transmission, etc.) and log mileage before operating the vehicle each day.
Report vehicle maintenance needs immediately to store manager, fill the fuel tank, lock and secure the vehicle at the end of the day's business, and drive safely and defensively.
Required Qualifications
Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
Good interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system.
Desired Qualifications
Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish.
