You’ll lead our marketing efforts in the vibrant Miami market, essential for establishing Maple Hospitality Group’s concepts: Maple & Ash Miami, The Studio and Eight Bar (opening soon) as the new hot spots in Miami. You’ll generate buzz and ensure our unique brand resonates deeply with the local audience, shaping our local identity in partnership with our national brand strategy. As a team player, you’ll be an integral part of our national marketing team — also supporting other markets and concepts outside of Miami. This role reports directly to the Marketing Director.

Your Role & Impact As

Senior Brand Manager , you will oversee the development, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue growth. You’ll bring a sharp understanding of Miami’s cultural landscape, blending local relevance with national brand direction. This position requires expertise across digital, experiential, and community-driven marketing with a focus on delivering high-impact, measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Community Connector: Actively engage with Miami’s hospitality, lifestyle, and cultural community — attending key industry events, building relationships with influential figures, and serving as the local brand ambassador.

Content Creation: Develop, produce, and post engaging social content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, including Reels, Stories, and feed posts, maintaining a fresh and relevant brand voice.

Partnerships & Public Relations: Build and nurture strategic relationships with local media, influencers, and community organizations to maximize earned media exposure. Oversee local influencer and PR outreach, inviting media to activations, and managing post-coverage tracking and reporting.

Event & Programming Promotion: Drive the promotion of on-site events and off-site brand activations, ensuring strong attendance, local buzz, and community engagement.

Guerrilla Marketing: Conceptualize and lead creative guerrilla marketing campaigns that create viral moments and drive word-of-mouth excitement around the brand.

CRM & Direct Marketing: Manage email and SMS campaigns from ideation to execution, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.

Digital Marketing Oversight: Manage and optimize local digital marketing channels including social media, email, and local SEO to drive awareness, reservations, and guest loyalty.

Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track and report marketing performance using key KPIs and analytics tools, making data-driven decisions to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Work closely with culinary, operations, sales, and national marketing teams to ensure integrated, cohesive campaigns and a seamless guest experience.

Brand Management: Maintain and enforce brand standards across all local marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with Maple Hospitality’s identity and positioning.

Market Leadership: Champion Maple Hospitality as Miami’s most exciting new hospitality concept by staying ahead of local trends and delivering creative, community-focused marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within hospitality, luxury lifestyle, or entertainment.

Strong personal and professional ties to the Miami market, with deep understanding of local trends, cultural events, and key influencers.

Exceptionally organized

with advanced project management skills, able to manage multiple campaigns, content calendars, and event timelines simultaneously.

Proven success in building and executing multi-channel marketing strategies with clear performance metrics.

Experience in guerrilla marketing and creative campaign execution.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools including social media platforms, email marketing software, CRM systems, and analytics tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen sense of brand storytelling.

Creative, strategic, and analytical thinker who thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

Strong team player

with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and markets while also operating independently.

Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a hands-on, proactive approach.
