As an Entry‑Level Event Specialist, you will assist with the planning, organization, and execution of various events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of events from start to finish.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary products and services.
• Manage event registration and ensure all participants receive necessary materials.
• Assist in the development of event timelines and budgets.
• Support marketing efforts for events, including social media promotion and email campaigns.
• Help set up event spaces, including decoration, seating arrangements, and technology needs.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with event management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Detail‑oriented with a passion for delivering high‑quality experiences.
