Payroll & HR Administrator Are you a payroll professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys blending payroll expertise with HR responsibilities? We're seeking a Payroll & HR Administrator to join a mission-driven organization that empowers educators and school districts nationwide. Payroll Process multi-state weekly payroll for 250+ employees, including deductions, garnishments, bonuses, and year-end filings (W-2, 1099, ACA reporting). Manage HRIS integrations, automate workflows, and maintain payroll data integrity. Troubleshoot discrepancies, ensure compliance, and support audits. Generate reports and maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information. HR Lead onboarding, benefits enrollment, and employee lifecycle processes. Administer leave programs and support performance management. Assist with recruiting, employment branding, and contractor agreements. Advise leaders on HR policies and employee relations. 3-5 years of payroll processing and reporting experience. ~ Strong understanding of multi-state payroll compliance. ~ Blend of payroll and HR responsibilities-NOT strictly one or the other. ~ Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs). ~ Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential information. ~ If you're ready to join a fast-growing, purpose-driven organization and take on a role that combines payroll expertise with HR impact, apply today!
