Payroll
- Process multi-state weekly payroll for 250+ employees, including deductions, garnishments, bonuses, and year-end filings (W-2, 1099, ACA reporting).
- Manage HRIS integrations, automate workflows, and maintain payroll data integrity.
- Troubleshoot discrepancies, ensure compliance, and support audits.
- Generate reports and maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
HR
- Lead onboarding, benefits enrollment, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Administer leave programs and support performance management.
- Assist with recruiting, employment branding, and contractor agreements.
- Advise leaders on HR policies and employee relations.
- 3-5 years of payroll processing and reporting experience.
- Paycom experience required.
- Strong understanding of multi-state payroll compliance.
- Blend of payroll and HR responsibilities-NOT strictly one or the other.
- Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.
