Payroll & HR Administrator

Key Responsibilities

Payroll

  • Process multi-state weekly payroll for 250+ employees, including deductions, garnishments, bonuses, and year-end filings (W-2, 1099, ACA reporting).
  • Manage HRIS integrations, automate workflows, and maintain payroll data integrity.
  • Troubleshoot discrepancies, ensure compliance, and support audits.
  • Generate reports and maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.

HR

  • Lead onboarding, benefits enrollment, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Administer leave programs and support performance management.
  • Assist with recruiting, employment branding, and contractor agreements.
  • Advise leaders on HR policies and employee relations.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of payroll processing and reporting experience.
  • Paycom experience required.
  • Strong understanding of multi-state payroll compliance.
  • Blend of payroll and HR responsibilities-NOT strictly one or the other.
  • Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.
