Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer
Microbot Medical is a cuttingedge medical device endovascular robotic surgery company, seeking an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic Executive Assistant to join our team.
We are on a mission to redefine peripheral endovascular procedures with the LIBERTY Endovascular Robotic System, a singleuse and fully disposable robotic system.
The Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO will play a critical role in providing highlevel administrative and strategic support to the CEO of a dynamic, publicly traded medical robotics company. This individual will serve as a key liaison between the CEO and both internal and external stakeholders including investors, board members, CLevel, crossfunctional teams and strategic partners.
This role will require close interaction with the CEO to plan and manage the CEOs professional schedule, board and committee meetings, external stakeholder meetings as well as investor communications, and assist in personal commitments ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, it will have a proactive focus on strategic communications and brand positioning, including identifying, securing, and managing opportunities for the CEO to engage with highprofile publications, podcasts, and speaking platforms (trade magazines, TV shows, industry panels).
This position requires exceptional discretion, initiative, organizational skills, sense of urgency and the ability to operate effectively in a fastpaced, highgrowth environment.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including schedule management, travel coordination, correspondence, logistics and networking management.
- Manage and prioritize a dynamic schedule with frequent changes and competing priorities.
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and reports; ensure the CEO is wellprepared and educated prior to meetings and events.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal executives, board members, crossfunctional teams and external partners.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
External Relations & Brand Management
- Research, identify, and pursue opportunities for the CEOs visibility through interviews, features, podcasts, and media partnerships aligned with corporate and investor relations strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, podcast hosts, and PR outlets.
- Draft and manage outreach communications with toptier and industryspecific media in accordance with the overall companys communication strategy.
- Partner with marketing and investor relations teams to align messaging and ensure brand consistency.
- Coordinate logistics for interviews, speaking engagements, conferences and media appearances.
Board & Investor Coordination
- Assist with board meeting logistics, materials, and communication.
- Support investor relations activities, including scheduling meetings and tracking communications.
Personal Assistance
- Perform limited personal assistant duties for the CEO, including household coordination, errands, and scheduling.
- Drive occasionally for local errands or events as needed must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Maintain absolute confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Meet the travel requirements of the position as outlined below.
Travel Requirements
- Travel at least 25% of the time.
- Have a valid drivers license.
- Have a valid passport with the ability to travel internationally.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required, degree and experience in communications, business, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience supporting a Clevel executive (supporting CEO experience strongly preferred).
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and anticipate needs.
- Techsavvy and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, and communication tools such as Teams, and CRM or media databases.
- Experience working in a publicly traded company or highgrowth startup, preferably within healthcare, medtech, or life sciences.
- Proven ability to manage executive communications and media outreach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft professional correspondence and pitch letters.
- Demonstrated professional maturity, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record required.
