Accounting Analyst - Cash & General Accounting
Onsite | Brea, CA 92821
Pay Rate: $31.00/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:30 PM PST (On-site only)
Position Overview
This onsite accounting role supports cash processes, reconciliations, and month-end close activities. The position will work within a finance and accounting team environment to ensure the accuracy of financial data and support key audit and tax documentation needs.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee cash processes, monitor transactions, and ensure all cash balances are accurate and up to date
- Prepare cash entries and related accounting activities
- Prepare and process payroll costing entries and accruals analysis
- Prepare various account reconciliations and support month-end closing activities
- Prepare supporting documents for tax packages
- Assist in preparing audit PBC (Prepared-by-Client) documents
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting or a closely related field
- 5+ years of general accounting experience
- Cash accounting
- General ledger accounting
- Account reconciliations
- Experience using Oracle and Microsoft Office
