Accounting Analyst - Cash & General Accounting

Onsite | Brea, CA 92821
Pay Rate: $31.00/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:30 PM PST (On-site only)

Position Overview

This onsite accounting role supports cash processes, reconciliations, and month-end close activities. The position will work within a finance and accounting team environment to ensure the accuracy of financial data and support key audit and tax documentation needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee cash processes, monitor transactions, and ensure all cash balances are accurate and up to date
  • Prepare cash entries and related accounting activities
  • Prepare and process payroll costing entries and accruals analysis
  • Prepare various account reconciliations and support month-end closing activities
  • Prepare supporting documents for tax packages
  • Assist in preparing audit PBC (Prepared-by-Client) documents
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting or a closely related field
  • 5+ years of general accounting experience
Preferred Experience
  • Cash accounting
  • General ledger accounting
  • Account reconciliations
  • Experience using Oracle and Microsoft Office
Pay Details: $30.00 to $31.00 per hour
