Thinkit Resources is hiring: IT Operations Manager (Atlanta) in Atlanta

My client is seeking an experienced and motivated IT Operations Manager to join their growing team. In this position, you will report directly to the IT Director and play a key role in shaping the IT Operations across the US and Canada. Manage and coordinate IT Operational Staff throughout the US and Canada. Establish and build our IT Operations Team. Collaborate closely with the IT Director, Director of IT Development, IT Operations Manager LATAM, and Group IT Operations Director in Europe. Oversee the management and distribution of Service Desk tickets (Levels 1, 2, and 3). Ensure all IT assets are accurately recorded in Jira Asset Manager. Manage projects and track progress using Jira. Maintain thorough documentation of all processes in Confluence, ensuring adherence to global IT operational policies. Skilled in central consolidation of IT projects and understanding project interdependencies. Completed degree in Computer Science or comparable training/experience. Managerial experience in IT support and infrastructure. Demonstrated ability in project management and leading teams. Broad IT operations knowledge, with experience in Microsoft RDP, Azure, Networking, and Atlassian Jira. This is a fantastic client, and they are looking to get someone on board ASAP.
