We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Sales Director to join our team to assist in building occupancy at the community. Serving as the team leader, providing strategic and tactical direction for marketing and sales initiatives while also regularly contributing to the execution of these initiatives. By working collaboratively with Pacific Retirement Services
(PRS)
and other community interdepartmental teams, you will establish, monitor, contribute to, and ultimately achieve team and individual goals for census, budgets, prospect activity levels and other essential metrics. What you’ll be doing: Embrace and demonstrate PRS Core Values—We speak up to inspire change, step up to go further, lift up with empathy, and team up to achieve more together. Build meaningful relationships through a discovery-driven sales process, actively listening to prospects’ needs, preferences, and concerns while tailoring sales approaches to their unique personalities and decision-making styles. Drive census growth by qualifying leads, managing a pipeline of prospects, recording detailed notes in CRM software, facilitating deposits, and ensuring a smooth transition for new residents. Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and factors influencing prospective residents’ decisions, applying insights to enhance sales strategies and improve engagement. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing team members and other departments, document and share valuable resident feedback, and participate in ongoing coaching and professional development to refine skills and contribute to process improvements Pay:
$60,00 to $70,000 / annually DOE + commissions based on performance. About You: Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, marketing or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, marketing or related field is preferred. Prior supervisory experience including budgeting, performance management, discipline and management of employees. Ability to initiate prompt and appropriate action/follow-up to problems and issues.
