Main Responsibilities of the Entry Level Purchasing Specialist:

• Assist in sourcing and purchasing raw materials, components, and supplies.
• Maintain accurate purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Communicate with vendors to confirm pricing, availability, and lead times.
• Monitor inventory levels and help prevent stock shortages.
