Whether you're just starting out and want to be trained on how to Litigate, or you've been Litigating for a couple of years and want to join a firm that has driven Attorneys, a solid bonus structure, and work-life balance. 10 Paid Holidays Lucrative Bonus Structure: after you hit your billable hours, half of what you bring into the firm, you keep! **Health Insurance is not provided by the firm** Licensed to practice law in Washington Their main practice areas are Real Estate, Guardianships, Criminal and Estate Planning Having a background in Litigation or Criminal law (easily transferrable) is ideal Previous experience drafting motions, going to court, doing observations, etc. This is an in-office role, after about a year there is more flexibility in working hybrid.
